Understanding a customer’s perspective and journey can lead to meaningful process and procedural change, causing a higher satisfaction rate for both the customer and the agency.  A well-defined mapping method enables teams to see potential changes that would increase customer and employee satisfaction. Journey mapping also enables grouping and organization in identifying areas of improvement.

RFP & Procurement Support

Attending Mathtech’s leadership series establishes the framework for self-leadership and leadership of others. The first step is understanding how to lead and manager yourself. The second step is understanding what it takes to more effectively lead and manage your teams. The third step is understanding the impact of leadership and management for the overall organization.
