expert economic testimony involving the retail automobile industry and other industries.
Fontana has long been the industry leader in providing expert testimony on behalf of
retail dealers in litigation with automobile manufacturers concerning dealership location,
product allocation, terminations, and other disputes. Mathtech's Princeton office
specializes in economic and statistical testimony in a broad range of cases involving
economic damages, breach of contract, employment discrimination, medical malpractice,
computer industry litigation, personal injury, and other legal matters. Some recent cases
for which we provided support include:
- Analysis of customer satisfaction (CSI)
data and calculation of lost profit damages for a dealer group whose purchase of an
additional store was denied by the factory due to allegedly low CSI
