photo (15685 bytes)Mathtech has more than ten years experience in developing and implementing project management systems for civilian and military Federal Government agencies, using such packages as MS Project, Corel TimeLine, and Artemis. Recent projects include:

  • We are currently developing the Annual Accountability System (AAS) for the North Central Association (NCA) which is a school accreditation association responsible for accrediting over 8,000 member schools. The AAS is a Web-based, Active Serve Page (ASP) application used by the members to establish their individual goals and to subsequently report progress made in achieving the goals. This ASP application will talk to an Oracle database residing on a Windows NT server. Members will access the application using Netscape or Microsoft Internet Explorer browsers. The Active Server Pages used for data entry are written in Visual Basic with Oracle RDBMS as the backend database. The application also includes a graphical reporting capability.

For the FAA we developed a comprehensive planning and budget development tool with three major integrated components:

  • The Requirements Information Management System tracks project logistics planning and schedule enabling the life-cycle manager and FAA management agency-wide to quickly locate project information on interdependencies, cost, and schedule status, as well as internal events that affect project status, such as reviews, maintenance plans for project equipment, delivery schedules and action items.
  • The Budget Requirement Tool facilitates activity-based budget formulation and future requirements estimation. It generates operations budget submissions for systems transitioning from facilities and equipment management (initial build) control to operations management control and facilitates long-term budget planning by activity.
  • The Actual Cost Module presents historic actual full life-cycle cost data for three separate appropriations by function, activity, object class, and organization in aggregate and detailed displays to enhance the cost estimating and budget planning processes.
