Betsy Niles Curtin President and Director, Federal Systems Group
Ms. Curtin is responsible for providing overall leadership to the company, and additionally, heads the Federal Systems Group. Ms. Curtin has been with Mathtech for over 29 years and contributes more than 20 years of expertise in government financial and acquisition management, program evaluation and performance measurement. She has directed the development of numerous applications supporting budget formulation and execution, project management, acquisition management and performance measurement functions. She has also developed and conducted a wide variety of training programs for clients. Ms. Curtin holds a master's of public administration from The Pennsylvania State University and a bachelor's degree in history from Rutgers University.

Dr. Ernest H. Manuel President, The Fontana Group
Dr. Manuel leads The Fontana Group and Mathtech's economic research and consulting activities. Dr. Manuel's specialty areas include industry and market studies, policy studies, forecasting and regulation. In more than 28 years with Mathtech, Dr. Manuel has worked on approximately 200 studies and consulting assignments for the automobile industry, litigation economics, energy and electric utilities, environmental issues, post-secondary education, finance, transportation and other areas. Dr. Manuel holds a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, a master's in engineering-economic systems and a doctorate in engineering-economic systems – all from Stanford University.

Lorraine B. Weitz Senior VP and Director, State, Local & Commercial Division
Ms. Weitz is responsible for sourcing and managing the state and local government and commercial portions of the SLCD. For over 25 years, she has been involved with systems development and project management, 4GLs, databases, client server tools and web technologies – serving clients in government, finance, health, manufacturing, marketing and insurance. Ms. Weitz has helped organizations bring in new technologies, evaluate products, redesign business processes, define requirements, and design and implement large-scale systems. Prior to joining Mathtech, Ms. Weitz directed the Professional Services Organization of the Information Technology Division of Martin Marietta Data Systems. She holds a bachelor's degree in mathematics from Brooklyn College of the City University of New York and has taken numerous master's-level continuing education courses in computer science at Rutgers University.

Joseph Roesner Vice President, The Fontana Group
Mr. Roesner has managed a research staff in the analysis of documents, data and markets in the retail automobile industry and other industries. He has provided consultation to automobile dealers and attorneys in numerous areas, including retail automobile franchising, economics and marketing, allocation of new vehicles during shortages, franchise terminations, franchise additions and relocations, and financial and operation comparisons. Mr. Roesner has been with Fontana for over 13 years, advancing from analyst to his current position. He previously was the branch manager for Professional Placement, Inc. Mr. Roesner holds a bachelor's degree in business administration and history from Marymount College of Kansas and an MBA with a concentration in finance from the University of Arizona.

Dr. Eliot D. Feldman Chairman of the Board
As former President, Dr. Feldman continues to provide his considerable knowledge and expertise to Mathtech’s Board of Directors.  He worked for Mathtech for over 30 years, where he participated in a wide range of studies of the utmost importance to the United States Navy, the United States Coast Guard and the United States Postal Inspection Service. Before Dr. Feldman joined Mathtech in 1975, he taught graduate-level computer science at the University of Maryland and undergraduate courses in mathematics at the Newark College of Engineering. Dr. Feldman holds a bachelor's degree in physics from Cornell University, where he minored in philosophy, and a master's and a doctorate in mathematics from Stevens Institute of Technology, where he also taught a graduate-level course.
